How it works

A plan should make food feel clearer, not more complicated.

What to expect

Before your first appointment, you will complete a short health questionnaire and food diary. That gives us more time to talk about the decisions that will make the biggest difference.

  • One priority at a time
  • Food-first, evidence-based guidance
  • Recommendations matched to your budget
  • Clear notes after every appointment
01 · Understand

We connect your health history, symptoms, eating pattern and daily pressures before changing anything.

02 · Prioritise

You leave with a small number of specific actions, plus realistic examples for meals and snacks.

03 · Refine

Follow-ups turn feedback into adjustments, so the plan evolves with your health and your actual week.

Common starting points

Different goals. The same thoughtful, evidence-based process.

Your plan begins with your priorities, preferences and clinical needs—not a pre-written food list.

Colourful fibre-rich meal prepared with grains and vegetables
Digestive comfort

When food feels unpredictable and cutting more things out is not the answer.

Build a structured way to explore symptoms, adequacy and food tolerance without unnecessary restriction.

Balanced lunch being prepared in a bright home kitchen
Steady energy

When long workdays, skipped meals and afternoon crashes are running the show.

Create a reliable rhythm with realistic breakfasts, lunches, snacks and flexible backup options.

Runner preparing a practical pre-training meal and hydration
Performance fuelling

When training is consistent but nutrition still feels improvised.

Match food and fluids to the demands of your sessions, recovery and competition calendar.

Dietetic advice supports, but does not replace, medical assessment or treatment. Where appropriate, we work alongside your GP, consultant or wider care team.

Client stories

What changes when nutrition finally fits your life.

"I stopped treating every meal like a test I could fail. The plan was specific enough to help, but flexible enough to survive a normal working week."

Sarah M. · Digestive health client

"For the first time, my cholesterol advice made sense in terms of food I actually buy. The follow-up helped me keep the useful changes and drop the ones that were not working."

Conor R. · Metabolic health client

"I thought I needed a stricter plan. What I needed was better timing around training and a few reliable meals. My energy is far more consistent now."

Niamh P. · Endurance athlete

FAQ

Questions before your first appointment.

What should I prepare?
